在电子设备和系统中,各种电缆是信号传输必不可少的联系纽带,同时电缆又是导致各种电磁兼容(EMC)问题的主要因素。电缆造成电磁干扰(EMI)的原因主要是因为电缆上存在着干扰电流。介绍了2种干扰电流,结合电磁兼容测试中经常出现的问题,对每种电流产生的原因进行了分析,提出了减小这些干扰电流的具体方法。通过试验验证了方法的可操作性,对产品设计提供参考。
Abstract:In electronic equipment and systems,cables are necessary to carry signals.At the same time,they are the major factors which cause many kinds of problems of EMC(electromagnetic compatibility).The main cause of EMI(electromagnetic interference) by cables is that there is interference current in cable.Firstly,two interference current modes are introduced.Then,this paper analyzes the problems occur frequently in testing and concludes the corresponding reasons of these currents,and proposes methods to reduce these interference currents.Finally,these methods are verified in testing,which provides a reference for product design.
