卫星导航系统是现代多兵种联合体系化作战中不可或缺的因素。结合导航对抗能力发展概况分析,从攻击方式、攻击目的、攻击强度和实施手段等方面对比分析了典型导航对抗方式的优劣,进而围绕信号层和信息层2个维度开展了安全防护与对抗场景设计需求分析,提出了一种卫星导航系统的对抗体系设计构想,给出了卫星导航系统地面段和空间段的毁伤效能评估模型,为导航对抗能力分析、关键要素识别、打击策略选取和对抗场景设计等提供了参考建议。
Abstract:The navigation satellite system has been a significant part of the modern war with multi-services cooperation.Based on the development of the countermeasure ability of satellite navigation, the traditional countermeasure methods are compared in attack pattern, purpose, strength and application method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Then, the requirement analysis of security protection and countermeasure scenario design is carried out from signal and information aspects.Finally, a countermeasure system design concept of the satellite navigation system is given, so does the damage efficiency evaluation model of the ground segment and space segment, which could provide reference to the evaluation of the countermeasure ability, identification of the key elements, selection of the attack method and design of the countermeasure scenario.
