目前,作为移动通信发展的一个新的目标——个人通信网(PCN)的研究正在世界发达国家兴起。本文主要介绍了PCN的概念、结构及其工作原理;比较了PCN系统与第二代数字蜂窝移动通信系统的特性,并由此说明了建立PCN系统的必要性。本文还论述了PCN系统将要采用的一些新技术并预测了PCN的发展前景。
