随着软交换技术在专网通信领域应用的不断深入,为调度通信系统的演进提供了新的动力。结合调度行业业务发展的需求,提出了一种基于软交换的调度系统,对其中的2个关键子系统:软调度交换机子系统和调度台子系统的设计方案进行了阐述,分析了设计方案中涉及到的3种关键技术:调度信令承载技术、业务交互技术和视频编解码技术,并给出了软交换调度系统的功能特色和未来的研究方向。
Abstract:The gradual and further application of soft-switching technology in the field of private communications provides new drive for the evolvement of the scheduling communications.Based on the needs of the scheduling services development,a softswitch-based scheduling system is presented,of which the design of the two key subsystems such as scheduling soft-switch subsystem and dispatch subsystem are introduces in detail.Three key technologies in the design scheme such as scheduling signaling bearer technology,services interactive technology and video codec technology are analyzed.The features and future research directions of scheduling system based soft-switching are summarized.
