针对导航设备的小型化、低功耗等性能的发展需求,需要对L波段下变频器进行小型化、低功耗设计。通过采用一体化、分层次设计印制板,取消传统的物理隔腔等措施来缩减制板尺寸,实现小型化。采用开关、线性稳压器混合应用以及精选低功耗器件来实现下变频器的低功耗性能。通过优化链路设计以及高精度数控衰减器的应用,增强了下变频器的适配性。通过实物加工测试表明,该设计有效地解决了下变频器的小型化、低功耗等问题。
Abstract:With the development of miniaturization and low power consumption of navigation devices,the requirement of miniaturization and low power consumption of L-band down-converter has become more rigorous. By applying integrated,layered design,the traditional physical partition is cancelled to reduce the size of PCB and realize the miniaturization;by applying the mixture of switch and linear regulator and careful selection of low power consumption devices,the converter's low power consumption is realized;Through the data link design optimization and utilization of high-precision numerical controlled attenuator,the adaptability of down-converter is improved. The machining test results show that the design can efficiently solved the problem of miniaturization and low power consumption of down-converter.
