介绍了一种S波段高功率T/R组件的研制方法和关键技术。该T/R组件包含4个通道,功能结构复杂,共有4个发射支路和12个接收支路,满足实际应用中实现多路信号的接收。12路接收信号通过3个独立的1∶4功分器合成到3个输出端口,对功分器进行仿真优化电路。发射通道输出功率大于100 W,效率达到40%以上;12路接收通道增益平坦度和增益一致性均在1 d B以内。由于组件使用较多的裸芯片和封装器件,对工艺流程也做了简要介绍。测试结果表明,组件满足各项指标要求。
Abstract:The paper introduces the design and key technologies of an S- band high power T / R module. The T / R module has four channels,and is complex in function and structure. It contains four transmitting channels and twelve receiving channels,which can meet the requirement in practical application for multi-channel receiving. The twelve received signals are combined to 3 output ports by using 3 different 1∶ 4 dividers,and the dividers are simulated to optimize the circuit. The output power of each transmitting channel is more than 100 W,with over 40% efficiency. The receiving gain flatness value and the maximum receiving gain difference are all less than 1 d B for all the 12 channels. Since lots of chips and packing devices are used,technical flow is also briefly introduced. The module test results show that it meets the specification requirements.
