针对北斗定向设备的产品线测试和外场检测需求,设计并实现了一种体积小、成本低的便携式北斗定向设备检测仪,采用高精度数字延迟控制技术,实现了双路定向信号模拟及对齐。为提高测试效率,采用自动化测试评估技术,实现了北斗设备定向精度的一键式测试。试验结果表明,该检测仪伪距控制精度优于0.05m,双路定向信号对齐精度优于1ns,定向角度自动化测试精度优于0.01°,可以应用于北斗定向设备的生产线测试和外场检测。
Abstract:To meet the requirements of product line testing and outfield testing for Beidou orientator,a kind of small low cost portable testing equipment for Beidou orientator is designed and implemented in this paper.The equipment applies some high precision digital delay control techniques,realizes double path oriented signal simulations and RF synchronization. Auto testing and assessment techniques are adopted to improve testing effectiveness,and one key testing of the Beidou equipment orienting precision is realized.The experimental results show that this equipment 's pseudo-range accuracy is better than 0. 05 m,the double path oriented signal synchronization accuracy is better than 1 ns,the orienting angle auto test accuracy is better than 0. 01 degree,and therefore,the equipment can be applied in product line testing and outfield testing for Beidou orientator.
