基于模糊层次分析的安全态势综合评价方法

摘要:

在当前以通信网络设施与异构计算设施融合为基础的算网融合背景下,新型电力系统面临着安全态势评估难题,针对电力系统安全评估的有效性难以评估问题,改进基于三角模糊函数的层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),通过将安全态势评价指标分为若干个层次,构建电力安全态势指标体系。针对传统AHP中指标选取困难的问题,提出基于改进AHP的指标综合权重的计算方法,构建新型电力的安全态势模糊综合评价(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, FCE)模型,详细描述了改进的AHP过程以及综合权重确定方法。通过实验证明改进后的评估方法更加客观,通过与传统层次分析评价方法的性能比较,验证了综合权重确定方法的有效性。

Abstract:

In the current context of computing-network convergence based on the integration of communication network facilities and heterogeneous computing facilities, new power systems face challenges in security situation assessment. In view of the difficulty in evaluating the effectiveness of power system security assessments, an improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method based on triangular fuzzy functions is proposed. Using the analytical method, the power security situation index system is constructed by dividing the security situation evaluation indicators into several layers. To address the difficulty in selecting indicators in traditional AHP, a calculation method of comprehensive weight of indicators based on an improved AHP is proposed to construct a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) model for new electric power security situation. The process of the improved AHP and a comprehensive weight determination method are described in detail. Experiments show that the improved evaluation method is more objective, and the effectiveness of the comprehensive weight determination method is verified through performance comparison with the traditional AHP evaluation method.
